El GIR GPA, junto con la profesora Ana Isabel Tarrero, de la Escuela de Ingenierías Industriales (EII), ha participado en la Semana de la Ciencia en Castilla y León, con el taller «Escapa del Ruido», ofrecido a alumnos de Secundaria el día 17 de noviembre de 2013, para concienciar sobre los problemas que origina el ruido y los efectos que produce.
