{"id":2080,"date":"2024-01-09T07:52:11","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T07:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gpa.uva.es\/?page_id=2080"},"modified":"2024-01-13T20:10:45","modified_gmt":"2024-01-13T20:10:45","slug":"linea-5","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gpa.uva.es\/?page_id=2080","title":{"rendered":"5 | Mantenimiento preventivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Mantenimiento preventivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La monitorizaci\u00f3n de estado (<em>condition monitoring<\/em>) es el proceso de supervisar un par\u00e1metro de estado de la maquinaria, con el fin de identificar un cambio significativo que sea indicativo de un fallo, y as\u00ed permitir programar el mantenimiento de las m\u00e1quinas o tomar otras medidas para prevenir da\u00f1os u otras consecuencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los enfoques cl\u00e1sicos del <em>condition monitoring<\/em> del estado de la maquinaria se basa en realizar mediciones peri\u00f3dicas de las vibraciones del equipo y compararlas con datos conocidos de estado sano\/da\u00f1ado para evaluar su estado. Las mediciones vibracionales necesitan un sensor montado en la m\u00e1quina, como los aceler\u00f3metros, y esta presencia puede implicar perturbaciones en la respuesta y el rendimiento de la m\u00e1quina. Dado que las vibraciones est\u00e1n relacionadas con las emisiones ac\u00fasticas, una posible soluci\u00f3n a este problema es el an\u00e1lisis de las respuestas ac\u00fasticas relacionadas, en lugar de las vibratorias, dado que el campo sonoro contiene abundante informaci\u00f3n relacionada con los patrones de fallo.
